Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort

Loved my stay at this resort! The location is absolutely gorgeous! The room was clean and cozy, with a fantastic view of the Gulf. The condo was well decorated but could use some updating mostly for aesthetic purposes. The pool was super clean and well maintained. The parking is a little tricky but very convenient as well. Overall I'm very pleased and will return.

Beautiful, small community! This was my family’s first time staying here and we keep talking about how this may be our spot to stay in for the next few years. We love it here! Two pools, a nice water feature that is calming to listen to on your porch, basketball hoop, tennis/pickle ball courts, horseshoe, and a nice lake. The place we stayed in was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Love it here!

Horrible horrible experience here. First day, checked in on 16th floor. One elevator was broke and was a 50 minute wait to find room to get luggage to room. 3rd day, both elevators were down so we went to the pool. Happened to step in human feces in the pool,then walk up 16 flights to get to my room. Called service, they did shut down and clean pool, UT didn't seem to care at all about the inconvenience. This was my 3rd and last stay here. All 3 stays had elevator issues and this time, someone was actually stuck in the elevator. There is no parking if you have a luggage rack. 6'6'' only. Parking is a nightmare unless you're driving a very small vehicle. The list goes on...... Good luck here! It's in an okay spot, gated, and seems safe for families.

This is a magical place. The resort so clean and organized. So many units to choose from and there are 2 swimming pools that really clean and beautiful. Normally is a 5 mins walk to the beach but I don’t mind the walk because the views along the way is amazing and relaxing. Recommend for everyone to stay here because we have been here ourselves for about 4 times now.

Hi and thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback on my recent stay on April 1, 2023. This recent trip is my 4th stay at Hidden Dunes. The previous three times was in a Villa and it was EXCELLENT! Not one complaint. I decided to try something different and reserve a condo so we could have a beach view. That wasn’t the best idea. Maybe it was just condo 0701. I think I will stick with the villas in the future. Oven wouldn’t get fully get hot even on 450. It took 1.5hrs to cook biscuits. Stains on carpet. Floors weren’t very clean; dirty-black dirt on bottom of our feet. Room decor and furniture outdated in comparison to most lthe Villas. Last elevator inspection 2021😟. Daughter got stuck. Also, on the website there is a no pet policy, but I saw several guests with animals. Perhaps they were service dogs. If they accept pets, they need to update their website. I will definitely stay at Hidden Dunes in the future, but sticking with a Villa. Overall the resort is very cozy and everything is super convenient. Recent guest, D. Williams

Our stay was good at Hidden Dunes. Our particular cottage had a few issues, but nothing that either wasn't handled or a major issue. We pushed the limit of capacity and because of that it often felt like everyone was on top of each other. The only person we directly dealt with was the security guard at the front gate upon check in. He was fantastic and very friendly. The beach front area was beautiful and nice to have a private area to be able to dedicate ourselves to. The larger pool (within the cottage area) was not working through the first 24 hours plus due to repairs. Most of anything keeping this from 5 stars is just a lack of details. I just got the feeling the complex, at least in the cottages, was older and needing an overhaul to refresh the place. Once you passes over to the Villas the look was much more refreshed and modern. Overall, a good place. Quiet and laid back. I would certainly recommend.

Visited family that was staying there. It's a very clean and nicely managed property. Lot's of friendly people and a quick walk to the beach. Shopping, dining and the outlet mall is only a few minutes away. The tennis courts were one of the best I have ever played at. They are superbly maintained and truly a pleasure to play on. The Tennis Pro is very friendly and knowledgeable.
